I may be the only woman in America who isn't in a Bunco group. It's OK. I don't think I could commit the time right now, but someday! As I hear friends talk about bunco, it sounds like a hoot & some really good girl time. A few laughs, some good food, a little drink, friendly competition. What's not to love about that!
I don't know if this is commonplace, but I know of one bunco group who will be receiving some nice little gifts from their hostess soon. A customer who has shopped with me many times in the past recently contacted me about ordering some mini keyfobs. I was thrilled to have her business again and just assumed she was gearing up for teacher appreciation at the end of the school year. {It's a great time to do that. Beat the rush and check it off your to-do list. Just sayin'}
My customer asked for bright spring colors and allowed me to simply "create" for her. Those kinds of orders are the most fun. I get creative license and have a great time doing it. You can see what I made for her in the picture above. Ah, spring!
She let me know that she was giving the keyfobs as gifts the next time she was the bunco hostess. Well, how cool is that? I say she is definitely The Hostess with the Mostest! I didn't know hostesses gave gifts to their guests each month. Maybe it's just their group. At any rate, don't you think that's a wonderful idea? Me, too!
