All you do is enter your email address in that box. Then, you will receive an email containing a link required to confirm your subscription. Click that link {or paste it in to your browser} to confirm your subscription. This confirmation process is required and helps prevent spam. Then, when I make a new post, you will receive an email that day. No post, no email, no spam! You can unsubscribe anytime, but I hope you don't. :)
