It's NOT Figgy Pudding

It's PLUM CAKE!

And it's delicious!
There's still time to make it for Christmas too! It is better when made a day or two ahead of time, but it's good anytime. It's easy to make....just one bowl for mixing everything. You may already have everything in your pantry, so why not bake a cake!
SEW GRACIOUS PLUM CAKE
2 c. self-rising flour
1-1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 jars plum baby food
1 c. chopped nuts, optional
Preheat oven to 350'. Combine all ingredients; mixing well. Bake in a prepared bundt pan for about 1 hour; or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Easy as that! A delicious homemade cake that your family will love this Christmas!
Happy Baking!
